Impact tools for the philanthropy of ideas

The Compagnia di San Paolo deploys an open platform philanthropic model, capable of receiving funds, donations, and bequests and translating them into concrete projects.

This is made possible by our history and our nature: we are a foundation of banking origin that has worked with assets for over 500 years to ensure they generate an impact for the common good.

22 philanthropic funds opened since 2016

Thanks to the collaboration between the Foundation, the banking system, and private citizens, since 2016 we have established 22 Philanthropic Funds, reaching a total of 56 million euros in overall collection by 2026.

A Regulation is drawn up for each philanthropic fund, defining its scope of action, consistent with the deed of donation and the donor’s wishes.
