Goal 16: Peace, justice and strong institutions.

A peaceful and inclusive society is an essential premise for sustainable development of various aspects of people’s lives. It guarantees proper access to justice and to all human rights, thanks to a network of institutions operating responsibly to protect the community and individual citizens.

This Sustainable Development Goal therefore requires us to work to reduce all forms of injustice, corruption and abuse, so that institutions can work together and be more efficient.

The predominant contributors to the achievement of SDG (Sustainable Development Goal) 16 are Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo’s Culture Goal, People Goal and Planet Goal.
